Cancellation policy

Custom Orders and Pre-Order Cancellation

Boots that have been ordered as 'Custom Order' and have been ordered specifically at your request that you have paid a deposit for are not-refundable. If you cancel your order prior to the boots being delivered, you will forfeit your deposit. If the boots arrive and are available for shipping and you do not pay the remaining balance, you will forfeit your deposit. Any deposits paid are strictly non-refundable.
